The customer description is that the initialization operation is used, and under normal circumstances, it can be scanned directly.
Failure analysis:
The files found using ordinary scanning methods are extremely small and abnormal, as shown below, all of them are small files. After comparative analysis, it was found that Jiuan used a different operation method for initialization than other brands. It cleared the underlying key data to 0 (the data area was not processed).
Troubleshooting:
Through comparative analysis, we have added a solution for Jiu'an's initialization operation, which is to directly traverse the underlying data area without judging the index area (because the index area has been cleared to 0), so that the actual data in the data area can be obtained.
STEP1: Select the logical disk and right-click->Scan subcategory selection 23: JUAN Jiuan [H264/H265]->Advanced settings
STEP2: Check Dahua/ZHILING/TP_LINK/Haikang/Jiuan Scan Settings -> Enable in-depth scanning plan -> OK
STEP3: Check directly after the scan is completed. You can see that the size of the files found after turning on the in-depth scan is normal. The recovery is now complete!
