Automatically generate Chinese and English subtitles
Now, here I would like to recommend a particularly powerful tool to you, that is 网易见外, this is an AI intelligent voice transcription, listening and translation platform.
I mainly use the video smart subtitle function here. The overall feeling is that it should be considered quite powerful in China, maybe because I haven’t used anything else before. Friends are welcome to recommend others. hey-hey!
It should be noted that sometimes the generated subtitles are not that accurate, and we can modify the generated subtitles.
Steps for usage
1. Click on New Project 
2. Select Video Translation
3. Add Video
It may take a while to upload the video. After the upload is completed, the video will be automatically processed. Once processed, click in to see the subtitles.
Import and add subtitles
1. Open PR, drag the video and subtitles in
2. Create a sequence
3. Modify the subtitles
4. Select Export –> Media
and then you can successfully export our video
