Lilli, an AI employee of McKinsey, has already started working. The reasoning ability of the LLM large language model has produced a new thing called a generative intelligent body. In the early years, we always believed that AI can only assist humans. At this stage, AI will replace humans in some fields.

Based on this background, I think the working model of super individual + large community will become the mainstream in the future. Combined with this trend, today I will systematically introduce what Mixlab is doing in the field of generative AI.

Regarding super individuals + AI, I designed a mechanism to use AI to help super individuals grow, integrated various useful AI toolboxes, and invited partners from different industries and cross-fields. There are several parts:

A system that generates new ideas every day.

There is no shortage of information in this era, but insight. Therefore, we need to make a good selection and dig out the valuable information (knowledge) hidden behind the "objective information".

As the functions of MixCopilot are gradually improved, this system becomes easier to implement.

Gather hackers and painters, a group of people who like to create, and enjoy the fun of DIY together.

I attended an offline gathering a while ago and talked about a new incubator model. In this incubator, you can build any XXX, anything. It doesn’t have to be a startup project like traditional VCs.

This incubator is a new type of "incubator" that integrates online and offline.

In the incubator, everyone can come up with any exciting idea, figure out how to bring it to life, and turn it into something that people care about. You will work on ideas that excite you, maybe you want to build an APP/application, create a video account/self-media, get your first 1000 subscribers, write a book, create your own game, sell it online Your artwork, research new AI models.

From idea to implementation, it requires a lot of resource support. And this is the whole process of "incubation" as I understand it. Combined with AI, I designed the AIGC training camp series.

AIGC training camp is a collection of series: lectures, gatherings, training camps, incubation camps and other activities. Including online and offline, distributed holding. Initiated by Mixlab and launched with different ecological partners.
