2. Exploring the reasons

• Enabled win10 subsystem WSL
• Hyper-V is not started
• Virtualization platform enabled
• There are no other settings.

3. Solution

1. Check to see if [Virtualization Engine] is checked in the processor. If so, remove it.
   

2. Uncheck the "Virtualized CPU Performance Counters" option in the right panel. (official plan)

3. Temporarily shut down the WSL system, which is the [Windows subsystem for Linux]
