Unity and Unity Hub are used together. Unity is an editor. Unity Hub is similar to a tool for managing Unity. Unity can be activated in Unity Hub.
Both files are downloaded as .exe executable files and can be installed by simply double-clicking them.

If there is no Language option, you need to download a language pack. Download address: https://new-translate.unity3d.jp/v1/live/54/{version}/zh-hansReplace {version}
with the one you are currently installing Version, for example, if yours is 2020.3.xxx, then fill in 2020.3. After downloading, you will get a zh-hans.po file and put it in the Localization folder in Data under the Unity installation directory. If there is no such folder, manually Create and then reopen Unity, you can see the Language option.
