Solution:
Step 1: Log in to QQ mailbox or 163 mailbox web version, enter the mailbox settings and turn on the IMAP/SMTP service.
Enter the personal 163 or QQ mailbox where you want to log in to the third-party mailbox APP, click the settings button in the personal mailbox, find IMAP and SMTP there, and enable these two services to allow the third-party mailbox APP to log in to the personal mailbox, which is convenient Carry out mail management.
Step 2: Generate an authorization code in the web-based mailbox settings, which is used to log in to the mailbox in the third-party mailbox APP.
Find "Add Authorization Code" in your personal email settings, usually under IMAP and SMTP services. Click "Add Authorization Code". After clicking, you will be asked to use the mobile phone number of the registered email to send a verification text message to the number required by the email. The specific content of the text message varies according to different email requirements. Send the text message according to the actual requirements. After sending, click "I have sent" and the currently generated email authorization code will appear. Copy the generated email authorization code and use it later in the third-party mailbox. Used when logging in to a personal mailbox in the APP, you must have this authorization code to log in to a third-party mailbox APP.
Step 3: Add an email account in the third-party email APP (here we take the MacOS email APP as an example, the login method for other systems is the same)
In the third-party mailbox APP, select the personal mailbox provider you want to log in to, such as QQ mailbox, 163 mailbox, Google mailbox, etc. After clicking, an interface for filling in the login information will appear. In this interface, the name can generally be customized. Easy to identify later. For the email address, you only need to fill in the email account. There is no need to add a complete email suffix after the email account, such as @qq.com, @163.com, etc. In the password field, instead of filling in the account password of your personal mailbox, fill in the authorization code we generated in the personal mailbox settings above. After filling in the authorization code and clicking login, you can log in to your personal mailbox.
Step 4: Verify our personal email address
You can see that we have successfully logged in QQ mailbox and 163 mailbox to the third-party mailbox APP. Later, we can directly manage sending and receiving emails in the third-party mailbox APP!
