When using the PCIE-1203 board, you need to use Advantech Motion Utility software to configure the parameters of the underlying server. Normally, when the PCIE-1203LAN1 port is connected to the servo, the Utility software will automatically scan the servo information and display the relevant configuration interface in the configuration interface. . However, when encountering a special brand of server, its configuration interface will not be displayed, making it impossible to set parameters for the underlying server.

- Troubleshoot the driver problem, install the latest version of the control card driver, check whether the board driver is installed in the system, and find that the problem persists.
- To troubleshoot the network port connection problem, network port 1 of the board card is connected to the servo, and network port 2 is connected to the IO card, because only network port 1 supports the servo function.
- Check whether the server network port is connected properly and whether the network cable sequence is normal.
- After the above troubleshooting, it was found that the connection and network cable were normal, and it was suspected that it was a problem with the Motion Utility software.
