1. Group Account Basics

2. Create a new group account

  • Right click on an empty space and select "New Group"
  • Specified group name
  • You can directly add member users
  • Create after confirmation

1) Open the server manager, find the group account management interface,
right-click the "Start" menu --> "Computer Management" to open the "Computer Management" tool, expand "System Tools" --> "Local Users and Groups" --> "Group",

2) Create a new group account taohuadao, gaibang
Right-click on the blank space of the group account list on the right, select "New Group", and a dialog box for creating a new group will pop up. Fill in the name of the group to be added, taohuadao, and click "Create" to complete the addition.

After closing the window, you can see the two groups just added in the group list.

3) Add members to the group account.
In the group account list on the right, find the taohuadao group and double-click it. In the opened group account properties dialog box, click Click the "Add" button on the lower left, then fill in the user name huangrong of the member to be added, and click "OK".

3. Management group members

  • Modify group properties, add/remove members

4. Built-in group account

Common built-in groups

  • Administrators, administrator group

  • Everyone, any user belongs to this group
  • Network Configuration Operators, manage network functions
  • Backup Operators, with backup and restore privileges
  • Authenticated Users, all users who log in to this computer effectively belong to this group
