1. Group Account Basics
1. Overview of group accounts
- Used to batch authorize multiple users
- After granting permissions to a group, all members automatically get the corresponding permissions
- When a user joins a group, they automatically get the permissions of this group
2. Create a new group account
- Right click on an empty space and select "New Group"
- Specified group name
- You can directly add member users
- Create after confirmation
1) Open the server manager, find the group account management interface,
right-click the "Start" menu --> "Computer Management" to open the "Computer Management" tool, expand "System Tools" --> "Local Users and Groups" --> "Group",
you can list the existing group accounts
2) Create a new group account taohuadao, gaibang
Right-click on the blank space of the group account list on the right, select "New Group", and a dialog box for creating a new group will pop up. Fill in the name of the group to be added, taohuadao, and click "Create" to complete the addition.
After adding, you can continue to fill in another new group gaibang and create it.
After closing the window, you can see the two groups just added in the group list.
3) Add members to the group account.
In the group account list on the right, find the taohuadao group and double-click it. In the opened group account properties dialog box, click Click the "Add" button on the lower left, then fill in the user name huangrong of the member to be added, and click "OK".
After the addition is complete, you can see the member list in the property window of the group account taohuadao
3. Management group members

1) Double-click Network Configuration Operators in the group account list, click the "Add" button at the bottom of the pop-up dialog window, and enter the user account name according to the prompts huangrong
2) Check the attributes of the user huangrong again after the change is completed, and it has already belonged to the two groups Network Configuration Operators and Users at the same time
4. Built-in group account
Common built-in groups
- Administrators, administrator group
- Guests, the guest group
- Remote Desktop Users, Remote Desktop Services
- Users, common user group
- Everyone, any user belongs to this group
- Network Configuration Operators, manage network functions
- Backup Operators, with backup and restore privileges
- Authenticated Users, all users who log in to this computer effectively belong to this group
