2. About PPT

2.1 Beautiful

2.2 Content

If beauty is the icing on the cake, then the content is where you can show your true strength. The content of the defense PPT has a certain template, such as statements from the aspects of personal resume, ability and skills, work results, deficiencies, and future plans. To elaborate:

  • Personal resume: education and all previous work experience must be written, it can be abbreviated but must be there, otherwise you are covering up. 3. About the statement

3.1 Statement time

There are strict requirements for the presentation time. The leader has to respond to so many people in a day and wants to end it early, so you must control your time. I have two suggestions about the time:

  • Practice more before the defense: It is best to write down all the content of the defense for 10 minutes. The speaking speed of the defense is generally relatively fast. If it is too slow, the leader will be anxious to listen, but it should not be too fast. Some old leaders may not be able to keep up with the speaking speed of others. A good way is to give your immediate leaders a drill before the defense, and ask them to hear the effect and give you suggestions. 3.3 Tools

4. Questions

4.1 Judges

4.2 Asking questions

4.3 Pit
