Perform formula calculations on data in cells:
Cell data is "General"
After performing a numerical calculation on the general value, a numerical error is displayed: #VALUE!, as shown in the image below. The reason for the error should be the use of non-numeric data for calculation
After searching for a solution on the Internet, we need to set the cell data from "General" to "Value", select the "Number" ribbon in the "Home" tab in the spreadsheet, and switch "General" to "Number "
But the result didn't change, still #VALUE!
Because, I figured out a solution myself:
This type of error occurs in the data in the cell here, which is likely because the data here is text data crawled from the Internet. Although it has been processed and set to "value" data, but the error still occurs, it means that the data here is still not computable data, and there may be a problem with the encoding.
1. First, copy and paste this type of data into a text file,
2. Save and close the text file, and a prompt will appear:
click "OK" to close.
3. After opening the text document, the data in this text document becomes:
4. Copy and paste the data in the text document to the spreadsheet again, and use the function substitute(cell address,"?"," "), remove the "?" character (note the "?" here, pay attention to Chinese and English, it is best to copy and paste).
The data processed by the above steps can be numerically calculated.
