The script solution cannot be run in the vscode terminal under windows

The following problems occur when using the terminal in vscode to run the script under windows

. Solutions:

1. To 管理员身份open vscode, open a terminal arbitrarily
2. Enter in the terminal get-ExecutionPolicy, if it returns Restricted, it means that vscode is now forbidden to run the script
   
3. Enter set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSignedthis command
4. Look at the current state again, enter get-ExecutionPolicy
   
   to run the script~!
