According to WordPress, the Centennial Project is aimed at families who want to preserve digital records for future generations, founders who want to maintain company archives for the long term, and individuals looking for a stable home page space.
However, according to ICANN , the longest period of domain name registration is generally only 10 years, so the 100-year period advertised by WordPress should be realized through multiple renewals on behalf of customers.
