Problem Description
When the idea added a plug-in, it kept loading again, so I closed the idea, and then restarted the idea to directly pop up a window to report

Cause Analysis:
After solving the problem later, I found out that closing the idea before the plug-in has been completely parsed and processed will cause this problem to occur when a plug-in cannot be loaded normally when the plug-in is started next time.
solution:
Find idea C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\JetBrains\IntelliJIdea2020.3\pluginsthe plug-in folder, cut out the recently installed plug-in and some of the plug-ins in the picture below, and then restart idea.
problem solved.
