How to set IDEA to Chinese?
First click File-Settings in the upper left corner to enter the settings
After entering Settings, click Plugins, enter Chinese language pack in the search box, and click install to install the plugin
After the download is successful, click installed, find the downloaded Chinese plug-in, click Restart IDE, and restart the application of this plug-in.

If you need to return to the English state, you only need to go to Plugins, find the installed plugin, uncheck it, click Apply to confirm, and restart.
On the contrary, if you want to return to the Chinese state, you only need to tick it, and then confirm to restart.
It is recommended to install the experience. After all, you only know the commonly used functions without translation. If you want to know more and have a deeper understanding of IDEA, Sinicization is still necessary.
