Some users have reported that when using EasyCVR to access RTSP devices, they are offline.
In response to this feedback, we immediately conducted a troubleshooting. We play the user's RTSP address in VLC, and the playback is normal, but the channel on the EasyCVR device page is always offline.
Add the detection log and find that this channel can be detected, but it cannot be brought online, and there is no abnormality in the detection log, and it will only be online after the enabled channel is closed.
After further investigation, it was found that the enable_main_stream field of the database was closed, so the channel could not be online all the time.
Analysis: The enable_main_stream field is the main stream opening field. Under normal circumstances, adding a device/channel will enable the main stream or sub stream by default. The above user project site is to migrate the database, because the migration does not have a corresponding field database, so it is closed by default, which makes the channel unable to use the RTSP address to pull the stream, so it has been offline, and the enable_main_stream is equal to 1 by default to solve the problem .
