1. Plug-ins
In the [Settings] of idea, find the plug-in center [Plugins], search for [Translation], you can see that this plug-in has the largest download volume and the highest score, just select this and install it. (This needs to be configured, if you don’t want to troublesome, you can choose the translation plugin below, try a few more, and there will always be one that suits you)
It can be seen that it supports a variety of translation engines, and the last three are commonly used: Youdao translation, Ali translation and Baidu translation. Let me take [Ali translation] as an example to introduce the configuration. I have an Alibaba Cloud account, so I use Alibaba Translate. Others can try Microsoft Translate, Youdao Translate or Baidu Translate.
Two, configuration
2.1. Plug-in configuration
After successfully installing the translation plug-in in [idea], you can see the translation option [Translation] in [Tools] , but its default translation engine is [Google Translate], which is not acceptable, because the Google engine cannot be used in mainland China.
2.2. Ali account
2.2.1. Account Registration
Search [Alibaba Cloud] on Baidu, and the Alibaba Cloud service will appear. Registration is the easiest, so I won’t go into details here.
2.2.2. Obtain permission
Find [Console] in the upper right corner of the home page and open it
After entering the console, search for 【machine translation】
Enter the [Machine Translation] homepage,
Select any option on the left, and click to activate the service. After activation, the interface is as follows, and you can also see your quota
The phone will be notified
Don't worry about asking for money, this amount is enough for most people
After the service is opened, you need to authorize the account to use the corresponding API
After entering, create a user account in the [User] interface, and it will be displayed as follows after success
Be sure to save the password
Now [Add Permission] is grayed out, select the specified user, and click [Add Permission] below
So far, Alibaba Cloud's machine translation permissions have been configured. Let's start with a simple configuration of idea.

After the configuration is complete, restart the idea to enable the translation function, the translation is as follows
