In order to ensure that every candidate who takes the PMI project management qualification certification exam on August 19, 2023 can smoothly enter the exam room to take the exam, please read this notice completely.
1. About downloading the admission letter
To ensure that you can enter the examination room to take the exam in August, please log in to the personal system of this website (https://event.chinapmp.cn/) to download and print the admission letter in time. The download time for the admission letter is August 15th - August 19th, 2023. If you cannot find the admission letter through the above methods, please call the teacher at the test center in time. If you have any special questions, please send an email to [email protected].
2. About the seat map of the examination room and confirmation of the address of the examination room
Please log in to the personal system of this website in advance to check the arrangement information of the examination room where you are located.
3. About the examination room regulations and examination requirements
- Exam date: August 19, 2023
- Examination time:
(1) The examination time corresponding to each examination subject is as follows, please understand carefully.
(2) Candidates are advised to arrive at the test center as soon as possible on the day of the test. Candidates who take the test are advised to arrive at the test site one hour before the start of the test. The test will start on time at 9:00. However, please note that in order to ensure that candidates can successfully complete the inspection and take the exam, some test centers with a large number of people need to start the admission inspection earlier. Candidates are requested to arrive at the test center in advance according to the admission time notified by the test center.
(3) 20 minutes before the start of the test, the test notes and answer sheets will be uniformly read/played in the test room. The guide will only be read once. The invigilator will not read additional instructions for late candidates.
(4) 15 minutes after the start of the official test, the test room will stop signing in, and candidates who arrive later than the prescribed time will not be allowed to enter the test room.
(5) Candidates who arrive late after the start of the test will not be compensated for the lost answering time.

- Requirements for Examination Documents
(1) When entering the venue, candidates must present the paper admission letter and the original personal authentic, valid and photo ID at the same time, both of which are indispensable. The type of ID presented at the time of entry should be the same as the one used for registration.
Candidates who do not bring the original paper admission letter or identity card will not be allowed to take the test.

Expired certificates. Candidates with expired identity documents on the test day will not be allowed to take the test.
(4) Candidates whose resident ID card is being replaced or whose resident ID card is lost can enter the exam with a temporary ID card within the validity period. However, the ID card replacement slip issued by the Public Security Bureau cannot be used as an ID card to take the exam.
4. Candidate health management requirements
- Candidates should be the first person responsible for their own health, minimize unnecessary going out, gathering and contact with people before the test, insist on scientifically wearing masks, wash hands frequently, and do a good job in hygiene protection.
- When taking the test, candidates are required to bring their own disposable medical masks and above masks. In addition to taking off the masks as required when accepting identity verification, it is recommended to wear masks in a standard manner during the whole process of entering and leaving the test site and during the test, and do a good job of personal protection.
- During the exam, if candidates have fever or other physical discomfort, they should report to the invigilator in time and obey the arrangement of the invigilator.
- If there are epidemic prevention requirements in various places, candidates must still comply with relevant local requirements on the basis of complying with the above requirements. Before taking the test, candidates should pay attention to this website and the notice of the test center, and make relevant plans.
- If there is an epidemic or other changes in the exam, the foundation will flexibly adjust the health management requirements of candidates and publish it on the website, please pay attention in time.
5. Important Notes
- PMI clearly stipulates that candidates are not allowed to use their own stationery, including their own pens, pencil sharpeners, erasers, pencil cases, calculators, and scratch paper.
- Each candidate is equipped with 2B pencils, erasers, calculators and scratch paper in the examination room. If the stationery is damaged or the lead core needs to be replaced during the test, please raise your hand to the invigilator. After the exam, the exam room will recycle the stationery distributed to the candidates.
- Candidates are prohibited from bringing watches, smart bracelets, mobile phones and other electronic devices with recording, storage and memory functions into the venue. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: watches, smart bracelets, Bluetooth headsets, tablet computers, recording pens, video glasses, any electronic devices with scanning, photographing, audio and video functions, etc.
- Before entering the examination room, candidates must turn off the power of the mobile phone, turn off the alarm of the mobile phone, and turn off all other devices that may emit sound during the examination. After entering the examination room, you need to put all your personal belongings, including your own stationery, draft paper, books, food and beverages, watches, mobile phones, smart bracelets and other electronic devices into your carrying bag, and store them in designated items depository.
- Once the test is found to bring any prohibited items to the seat, or is found to be carrying or using communication tools during the temporary departure, it will be dealt with as a violation. The invigilator has the right to stop the test and report the violation record to PMI for follow-up disposal.
- During the examination process, all content and answer sheet filling are required to be completed with 2B pencils provided by the examination room.
- All answers must be filled in on the answer sheet. Answers written on the test paper or scratch paper will not be scored. There is no extra time for filling in the answer sheet in the exam. It is recommended that candidates fill in the answer sheet directly.
- Please read the "Instructions for Filling in the Answer Sheet" carefully before the test, and be sure to fill in the test carefully according to the specifications.
Note: If candidates fill in irregularly or fill in incorrect personal information, it may lead to inaccurate identification of the answer sheet and affect personal results. - There is a QR code for the examination room information query on the candidate's admission letter. Candidates can scan the QR code with their mobile phones to inquire about the specific examination room information during the opening period of the examination room information query window (12:00 pm on August 18th to 13:00 pm on August 19th).
The final test room and address of the test taker shall be determined by scanning the QR code on the admission letter on the test day or the list of candidates posted at the test center.
