Installation and use of Xshell and Xftp

        Let's add this post, after all, the VScode security assessment of the supercomputing cluster is far away. It just so happened that I wanted to install these two softwares on my laptop, so I wrote an experience post by the way.

1. Xshell

        1. Download: XSHELL - NetSarang Website

        Regarding download and installation, here is a good talk about XSHELL 7 download and installation - Zhihu (zhihu.com)

        There may be a need for science online here.

         2. Open Xshell

        The following screen appears, click New:

         3. Then, click Connection->Set the name of the connection session (set it casually)->Set the host IP address (usually the public network IP)->Set the port number.

         4. Set authentication information

         Then it's time to import the RSA key.

        5. Then start happily using the server

 

 Two, Xftp

        Xftp is a very useful file transfer visualization software.

1. Download (same as Xshell)
2. Settings (same as Xshell)
