Sometimes, after long-term accumulation of certificates, description files, etc. on the Mac, many of the invalid ones have expired and cannot be used, and they have always existed on your Mac. Sometimes it is even after you have updated the Provisioning Profiles file After that, it can't run. Then you can consider deleting these old things.

Find all Provisioning Profiles on the Mac according to the following path. In order to prevent errors, I usually delete all of them and then add them again.
~/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles
