1. Advantages and disadvantages
Advantages: For me, Notion is the biggest advantage- it is not the way of displaying traditional folders . With the icon, font color and background color set by yourself, it can be distinguished and searched very well. At the same time, it is very comfortable to edit. On each Page, sub-Pages can be added infinitely for expansion , which will make things organized and easy to find. Each content is a Block typesetting is very convenient.
Disadvantages: First of all, it is the problem of foreign servers. When the network speed is poor, it is slow to load many pictures on the Page; at the same time, with the deepening of use, more and more records are recorded, which leads to too much sunk cost for software binding and subsequent software replacement. Large; at the same time, the entire interface is in English, which is not very friendly for novices.

1. Main page
As you can see in the figure below, when Notion first entered, there will be several example Pages in the left column, but for me: I created a Home main page by myself, and then on this page I created 10 different sub-pages are defined. Each sub-Page is a functional area.
2. Reading plan page
This page mainly wants to introduce the excellent data table function of notion. First of all, in the 1. box, notion supports multiple table display forms for classification (shown in the figure later), and in the 2. box, all data types can be customized.
According to your own ideas, you can switch between different display forms to better display. If you drag the frame of each book title to another state, the software can automatically change the state. (Such a function is especially suitable for making event completion plans and managing ongoing events.)
After clicking on each column, you can create a page. What I created here is the " Notes " subpage, which can manage the content very effectively. organized.
3. Course page
In this course page functional area, I created a page management for each course, and added different icons, so that the whole page looks clear and tidy.
I will take the "Behavioral Economics" online course as an example: this page first records the link of this online course, and then will take notes according to the content of the online course. I feel that this page is quite organized, and there are multiple classification methods. Notion supports markdown format writing, which is more convenient. The notion personal free version supports 5Mb files, and is fully capable of recording screenshots of key content.
4. Postgraduate page
After I started graduate school, I created such a page to manage various contents. For example, on the group meeting page, create a page in it according to the time of the group meeting, and record the key points of each group meeting; on the tool page, create a page according to the name of each newly learned software, and record the key operations ;On the lecture page, classify and record the main points of each time according to the lecture name; on the Point page, basically every day the computer will hang up this page to record the flash of ideas; etc... 3. Strong push function
1. Import and export
The team has been using Feishu, but the function memory of the cloud document is limited to very small, so they hope to migrate the content of the cloud document to other places. Notion supports the import of multiple formats here, which perfectly matches such needs. At the same time, notion also supports exporting content to HTML and PDF formats.
2. Template
Click Templates in the red box on the left sidebar to access various official templates, and build your own notion space based on various beautiful templates. You can also find many excellent templates on the official website, and at the same time, many people share their own content on the Internet, which can also be used as templates.
3. Sharing function
There is a Share button at the top of each page, and you can share your edited content with others (you can set the sharing). When sharing this main page, people who enter through the link can access all the subpages created on this page, which is a very interesting and practical function.
4. Search function
Click Search in the left sidebar, and then search any field, all possible matches will be displayed below, and the whole process is very fast. Through the construction of the content introduced above, coupled with powerful search capabilities, it can be called building a personal knowledge base.

By classifying, recording and sorting out various matters in life, plus searching and reviewing from time to time, and using this software, I think I can build my own knowledge base.
