I met a 26-year-old front-end girl, and I was really shocked!

This article is very suitable for fans who plan to change jobs to read

During the peak job-hopping season, I have recently received private messages from many fans who are anxious about job hunting, and I have also heard good news from many fans. Today's article is about the recent interview process of a young lady fan. In a complex market environment full of changes, she had to interview 39 times before she got her favorite offer.

foreword

I'm Cathy Chen, a front-end developer who has just survived half a year of exhausting job hunting. As the dust settled recently, I decided to write about the experience.

In October last year, I caught up with the wave of Internet layoffs. After being laid off for a long time, I gave myself a vacation, and then started the difficult road of job hunting. Later, after a 6-month career gap period and 39 interviews with Byte, I finally won the offer of 500,000+ total package, with a salary increase of 30%.

During this period, the questions encountered in the interview, as well as a full set of review materials and notes, have been compiled into documents. Friends who need them can scan the QR code below to get them.

Personal situation

— Double non-undergraduate / computer science major / front-end direction

— Graduated in 2019 and joined a small factory / was laid off at the end of October 22

— vacancy period of half a year / At the beginning of March this year, we successively won offers from big companies such as Baidu and Byte

interview experience

I still remember Didi in my first scene. I didn't prepare enough and my experience didn't match, so I was cold on one side.

(ps.但是我听说最近滴滴机会蛮多boss回复率很高,朋友们可以去尝试下!)

Later, I also invested in more than a dozen companies one after another, but none of them got an offer. At this time, the mentality really collapsed... Then I experienced a long period of depression.

But I still wanted to cheer up, so I asked a friend to help me optimize my resume, and then I did a detailed review of each of my previous interviews, summed up my problems and started to make up for it.

After that, I interviewed Baidu twice, and finally won the offer for the second time! Because I was not satisfied with the project, I decided to continue to look at the opportunity after thinking about it. This time I really made the right bet, and later I got offers from Ali and Byte! I really didn't expect that I would also become an offer harvester in other people's mouth.

Summary of interview experience

To sum up, I think the most important points in the interview are the following points :

In addition to these interview-related precautions, technical hard skills are of course also very important. If you have more interviews, you will find that many interview questions will appear repeatedly. Prepare in advance and you will be handy in the tense atmosphere of the interview.

Here are the high-frequency interview questions I sorted out myself:
