The module can automatically identify the sensor address and quantity, and the module and the upper computer adopt RS485 serial communication to ensure high-quality and efficient data transmission. A monitoring computer can collect temperature and humidity data of 127 data acquisition modules, data transmission rate: support 9600/19200/38400 baud rate, RS485 bus transmission distance: 1200 meters.
2. Introduction of "one-line bus" temperature and humidity probe: direct digital output, all sensors are connected with three-core cables (including power and ground wires), convenient wiring and low cost. The distance between the probe and the measurement module can reach 100 meters, and the wiring is convenient and simple, thus more effectively reducing the possibility of on-site problems. The probe has low power consumption and is directly powered by the module without on-site power supply; the wet range is 1 to 99%, the typical accuracy is 3%, and the 55% Rh accuracy is 2%; humidity is integrated, and the system cost is low; temperature range: -30 ℃~60℃, the resolution is 0.0625℃.
Utilizing the characteristics of strong anti-interference ability, ultra-high speed, seamless switching of various network links, and strong scalability, combined with Internet of Things technology, real-time monitoring and collection of data such as temperature, humidity, and ventilation in the warehouse, through building The tunnel uploads the data to the server in a timely, stable and fast manner, realizes the rapid response of management personnel to extraordinary events, and effectively improves the management efficiency of the warehouse system.
