The TransportCC algorithm is evolved on the basis of GoogREMB. Compared with GoogREMB, there are two important differences.
1. Move the congestion assessment algorithm from the receiving end to the sending end, so that the evaluation and control are integrated
2. The congestion assessment algorithm is replaced by the Kalman filter algorithm with the least squares method, and the current network congestion situation is judged by the increase and decrease of the slope
The congestion control module at the sending end is composed of GoogeCcNetworkController, SendSideBandwidthEstimation, DelayBaseBwe and other modules
