At present, my country's digital economy has entered a period of rapid development. Major breakthroughs in digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing have greatly played the important role of the digital economy in improving my country's economic efficiency and economic vitality, actively driving the transformation and upgrading of my country's economy, and becoming a new driving force for my country's economic development .

As the core driving force of the digital economy, the importance of digital transformation is gradually being widely accepted by enterprises and has gradually become a powerful tool for enterprises to solve operational difficulties, strengthen core competitiveness and create value. At present, the simple superposition of new digital technologies and traditional industries can no longer meet the needs of traditional vertical industries, and the digital transformation of enterprises is entering the "deep water zone". On the demand side, traditional enterprises have realized the importance of digital transformation, but there are still many problems such as incomplete understanding of digital transformation, unclear strategies, ineffective implementation, and ineffective effects. At the same time, as a demand side, it is difficult to judge its product and service capabilities in the face of a wide variety of digitally transformed products on the market. On the supply side, the evaluation system for its products and services still lacks relevant standards and industry guidelines, which also leads to confusion and concerns about the performance of products in related fields when selecting models on the demand side.

China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (hereinafter referred to as "CAICT") has been paying close attention to many problems encountered in the digital transformation of enterprises . Domestic platform engineering is gradually showing a trend of productization, mainly centered on code and self-brand. For example, Tencent Cloud's CODING Orbit cloud-native application delivery platform and other products, starting from the developer's perspective, revolve around code management, project management, requirements design, defect management, test management and product management, continuous integration, continuous delivery, application management/ Observation and other core features are constructed.
