1. Good at asking for help

If you encounter problems at work, you can find your tutor or direct supervisor or effective channels for help in time. What you need to pay attention to is:

2)问题较多整理后集中问,不要想到一个问一个,频繁打断别人。
3)切记不要不好意思求助 ,对应紧急的事情,要第一时间提出,根据紧急程度决定,留言不回就打电话,不要因为自己的不好意思或者留言不回,错过了领导期望的完成时间窗口
4)善用各种资源,导师,主管,同事(甚至不认识的同事,从博客,论坛获知),公司内部知识搜索,公司IT客服(大公司一般都会有)。
5)保持谦逊,用“请教”,“帮忙”客气词汇,完了别忘记感谢!

2.树立良好的第一印象

包括积极的,踏实的,好学的,努力的,举一反三的、细心的,例如:
1)培训时积极主动提问或者回答问题。
2)培训保持认真努力,能拿到培训设置的奖项。
3)培训时主动竞争担任临时小组的组长(如果不是社恐的话)。
4)有的事情比较琐碎,偶尔粗心大意没关系,次数多了,领导潜意识中对你就不会报太高期望,只能算合格,后面很难达到拔尖了

3.自我驱动

新人要学的东西可能很多,要快速进入角色,多努力,在转正前务必比正常时期更努力,先建立起良好的第一印象。

4.养成事物跟踪习惯

有时分配的事情可能较多,用事务跟踪表记录下来,并澄清要求完成时间,标注重要性和优先级,每天看一看争取提前完成,不要等哪天领导突然问起来说还没做或者忘记了。

5.及时反馈

安排的事情做完了,要及时反馈给主管或者导师,如果没有别的事情,可以主动要求安排点别的,不要完成了就闲下来偷懒。

6.识别事务重要性

安排的事情要善于识别,判断重要性,重要的放到第一优先级(特别是关乎自己或者领导KPI的),同样重要的事情,要求完成时间差不多情况下,领导安排的优先。

!!!切记不要因为自己的喜好做事情,本来很小的事情或者和自己无关的事情,就因为自己喜欢而投入很多精力去做。

7.勇于承担

有时主管安排的事情没人愿意做,自己评估下,如果不影响自己的主要任务可以主动承担下来。

注意不要勉强,做不来的事情不要做。(事先确认好有没有其他资源,是否有协助)

8.注重提升软实力

除了技术过硬,还应注重提升自己的软实力,包括:

8.1 执行力

1)对于分配的任务,无论大小,高质量快速按时完成。
2)对于不熟悉的任务,没有畏难,找借口不做。
3)对工作安排有意见,要先澄清,达成共识,一旦接受就要体现出执行力,坚决执行。

8.2 达成业绩/目标

1)有目标意识,力争达成,想办法和不是拖延和找借口。 2)手段有及早澄清资源,可行性;制定计划倒排;尽早开始;有风险适当主动加班;

8.3 共识/沟通能力

1)与干系人达成共识,要么说服对方要么被对方说服,不要嘴上不说,心里反对,南辕北辙没有达到预期效果 2)主动倾听,坦诚沟通,正确提问,积极澄清最终达成共识

8.4 高标准

任何时候都对自己高标准要求,包括编码、测试、写wiki,保证质量。
