1. Open the console
win + R enter MMC
2. Add/Remove snap-ins
File -> Add/Remove Snap-in
3. Add certificate
Click "Certificates" -> Click "Add" -> Select "Computer Account" -> Select "Local Computer (the computer running this console)"
4. Import the certificate
Certificate -> Personal -> Certificate -> Right click: All Tasks -> Import
Select the prepared .pfx file
and enter the password in the prepared .txt file
5. Website configuration https
Right-click on the website that needs to configure https -> Edit Binding Add
Configuration
Type: https
Port: 443
SSL Certificate: Select the created certificate
