Each archive will generate a pst file, although it can be opened and viewed in Outlook, but there are too many, it is very troublesome to find historical emails
Therefore, it is necessary to merge all historical pst files into one folder to facilitate future mail retrieval.

If the pst file has been opened in Outlook, you may not know the path of the pst file. Right-click and select "Data File Properties", select "Advanced", and you can find the path of the pst file in the file name
If the pst file has been opened in Outlook, it needs to be closed before it can be merged to other folders. Right-click the opened pst and select "Close XXX"
Click "File" - "Open and Export" - "Import/Export"
Select "Import from another program or file", after the next step, select "Outlook Data File"
Browse to select the pst file, select "Do not import duplicate items"
Select "Import items to the same folder", then select a fixed folder, and finally click "Finish" to start importing
Repeat the above steps to merge all historical psts into the same folder
