3. My ability is still good
In fact, my ability is quite good, I have summed up a few points, haha:
The brain is good, the mouth can speak, and has outstanding analysis, sorting out and summarizing abilities in the team.
From 0 to 1, a team of more than 25 people has been built. After professional training and a lot of practice on the selection and retention of team management, he has his own opinions.
After professional and systematic project management training, he has obtained relevant certificates, served as the test leader of a large-scale, cross-team project, and has a lot of experience in project management.
The industry is deeply cultivated, with profound industry experience, and has its own methods and methods for the accumulation of industry experience.
Have ideas, have executive power, have good energy, have a heart, and be practical and stable.
But I also have a huge capacity bottleneck. My knowledge of the quality assurance system cannot support me to build a very strong quality assurance system for the team. After all, the quality management post still needs the blessing of technology. It's not easy.
