Reason: The FTP client program for uploading software has selected PASV mode and firewall setting.
Solution: It is recommended to use Cuteftp4.2 software, and remove the option "PASV mode" in Edit->Setting...->Connection->Firewall.
3. Unable to upload, prompting that the host cannot be found when connecting;
Solution: first check whether the domain name has been resolved, and enter the ping domain name at the DOS prompt. If the ping is successful, you can fill in the domain name in the "FTP host address" in the FTP software. If the ping fails, you need to Fill in the IP address of the host in "FTP host address".
Note: It is recommended to use the IP address to upload the page. At the same time, the 169 dial-up Internet access in some areas has restrictions on ftp, so it is best to test after changing the Internet access method.

Solution: You can view the space usage through the FTP information management in the virtual host control panel.

Solution: Check whether the firewall setting and PASV mode setting are selected in the connection of the editing menu of the software used.
