Today, the finance manager came to me and said, let me help you check whether the ID information of my colleagues is correct. Let’s take a look at the relevant steps of the operation for everyone to learn together with themselves.
Proceed as follows:
Step 1: Open the file containing the ID card number and open it with WPS.
Step 2: In the upper toolbar, find "Member Exclusive" -> "More"
Step 3: There will be an additional tool in the upper toolbar, "Financial Toolbox", select the column of ID number, and go to "Financial Toolbox" -> "Identity Information Extraction"
Step 4: Get the result, if it is the correct ID number, WPS will extract the gender, age, and abbreviated address from the ID card; if the ID number is abnormal, the information cannot be extracted, and it will display "The format is not valid legitimate".
