Attended an interview with Apple EE today.
Last week, I received a phone interview from Apple HR. About three days later, HR arranged for me to have a one-on-one interview with the Manager this week.
The interview process is divided into two parts:
- Introduce yourself in English. And introduce in English the most impressive projects or things you have done in recent years, so that the Manager will remember you.
- Communicate EE expertise in Chinese. Manager asked about the selection of ADC chip and peripheral design circuit, the voltage conversion method of lithium battery, high-speed signal (no time to ask) and some questions (can't remember).
Summarize:
- The manager didn't ask a single thing about the resume.
- The Manager asked me about my professional knowledge about EE, and I basically didn't have much in-depth contact in my small project. I feel that these problems are mainly problems they will encounter in the circuit design in Apple products.
- I finally asked the Manager two questions. Since the Manager had no time, the answer was not very satisfying to me.
- The total interview time is about 50 minutes.
