1. First download the QGIS package on the official website, the website is: https://centos.pkgs.org/7/epel-x86_64/qgis-devel-2.14.9-1.el7.x86_64.rpm.html. Then scroll down to find this website: click on the website in point 1: http://download-ib01.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/
Then you can see various packages, enter the folder starting with e, and find the package pel-release-7-14.noarch.rpm (I downloaded it, you can also find other versions) Of course, you can also find it directly on the official
website This interface is directly mirrored to download and install, the command is:
rpm -Uvh https://download-ib01.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/Packages/q/qgis-devel-2.14.9-1.el7.x86_64.rpm
No need to look at step 2.3.4 at this time
2. Transfer the package to the custom folder through the shell, and execute the command in this folder: rpm -Uvh epel-release*rpm
3. Installation command:
yum install qgis-devel //（也可以用sudo yum install qgis qgis-python qgis-grass qgis-mapserver）
