老样子，先用CrystalDiskInfo软件查看一下影驰HOF EXTREME 50S的基本信息，我们看到它的固件版本为EQFM22.1，相比我们上次测的HOF EXTREME 50又更新了。传输模式为PCIe 5.0 x4，支持NVMe 2.0标准，支持S.M.A.R.T、TRIM以及VolatileWriteCache功能，待机温度为41度，还不错。
Flash ID查询
紧接着我们再用Flash ID工具查询一下影驰HOF EXTREME 50S的其他参数，从数据可以看到，硬盘的可用空间为1863GB，容量处于2TB固态硬盘正常的区间内。除此之外还可以看到这块固态硬盘上四颗512G的存储芯片使用的是美光232层3D TLC闪存，整体性能比起上代，出色不少，写入带宽提升高达100%，读取带宽也有75%的提升。
CrystalDiskMark性能测试
参数信息看完了，就该开始性能测试了。首先是大家熟悉的CrystalDiskMark测试软件，当第一次见到5位数的结果时还是有些兴奋，在1GB大小的测试中，Seq Q8T1顺序读取速度为12385.7MB/s，顺序写入速度为11830.21MB/s，在16GB大小的测试中，Seq Q8T1顺序读取速度为12390.78MB/s，顺序写入速度为11792.19MB/s。超越官方标称的12000MB/s，这才是PCIe 5.0固态硬盘的顶级表现。
