Regarding the problem of automatically jumping to Edge after opening IE, I shared the solution with you before. It can be solved by modifying the settings of the Edge browser. However, the system has been updated again recently, and the previous settings are invalid. This time, I will start to solve this problem from IE.
Right-click the start menu of the system, select "Search", enter "Internet Options" and open it, switch to the "Advanced" tab, as shown in the figure below,
Uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions" and click "OK".
Three methods to open IE in win10 and win11 systems:
1. Enter "Internet Explorer" in the "Search" of the start menu,
2. Open and run, enter iexplore, click "OK",
3. Open the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer or C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer, find iexplore, double-click it to open it, or right-click it to send a shortcut to the desktop.
