The reason is that the idea.vmoptions file conflicts, delete idea.vmoptions under the folder below (Library is a hidden folder)
/Users/XXXX/Library/Application Support/JetBrains/IntelliJIdea2020.1/idea.vmoptions
Note: This address may be different for everyone, you have to adapt to your own file name.
