Configure environment variables under win10 system
1. Right-click the "This PC" icon and select Properties
2. On the pop-up system settings page: click Advanced System Settings
3. On the pop-up system settings page: click Advanced System Settings
4. Click the environment variable at the bottom right
5. Find PATH and click Edit
5. Click New to add the environment variable path
