The IDEAL Household Energy Dataset includes data from 255 UK households. In addition to electricity and gas data from each home, the corpus also contains temperature and humidity readings for individual rooms and temperature readings from boilers. Thirty-nine of the 255 households had more detailed data, including personal appliance usage data and personal radiator data. Sensor data is augmented with anonymized survey data and metadata, including occupant demographics, self-reported energy awareness and attitudes, and building, room, and appliance characteristics. 00README.txt summarizes the contents of the other files.
