1. CT data of colon cancer

Data presentation: CT scans diagnose colon cancer. Data were included for patients with no polyps, polyps 6-9 mm, and polyps greater than 10 mm. There were 825 cases in this series with XLS films providing a description of the polyps and their location in the colon segment.
2. INbreast: Digital mammography database

Database introduction: The INbreast database is a mammography database in which images were acquired from the Breast Cancer Center located at the University Hospital (Breast Cancer Center, São João Hospital, Porto, Portugal). INbreast has a total of 115 cases (410 images), of which 90 are from women with double breasts (4 images per case) and 25 are from mastectomy patients (2 images per case). Several types of lesions are included (mass, calcification, asymmetry and deformation). Experts also provide precise outlines in XML format.
