1. Scope of collection
Application cases should focus on key areas such as industrial manufacturing, medical health, resource environmental protection, public services, emergency management, etc., and excellent artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain projects (or platforms, systems, etc.) that have been deployed and applied or industrialized in relevant units ) application cases (results).
2. Declaration requirements
1. The content of application cases must comply with relevant national laws and regulations and relevant industrial policy requirements.
2. The reporting unit must be an enterprise, institution or consortium legally registered in Hubei Province with independent legal personality. And should have a standardized financial management system, good production and operation and financial status, no violations of laws and regulations in the three years before the declaration, and a good credit record.
3. The application case application materials should ensure authenticity, do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, have detailed descriptions, accurate expressions, both pictures and texts, and focus on excavating the actual effects, innovations and promotions produced in artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain applications. 3. Application of results
1. After being reviewed by experts, the shortlisted companies and excellent cases will be collected into a book, and the promotion will be released at the 2021 China 5G + Industrial Internet Conference, and a certificate will be issued;
2. Priority is given to recommending shortlisted companies to participate in relevant national and provincial pilot demonstrations or key industry tasks.
4. Matters needing attention
1. Local economic and information departments are requested to organize local enterprises and units to declare. An enterprise shall declare no more than 2 cases in the same field (artificial intelligence, big data or blockchain), and prepare a separate declaration form for each case (see Appendix 1). Among them, Wuhan City recommended 30 cases (10 each for artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain); Xiangyang and Yichang each recommended no less than 15 cases (5 each for artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain); others No less than 5 cases should be recommended by the city and the state respectively, regardless of the field.
