2023IKCEST "Belt and Road" International Big Data Competition kicks off!

2023IKCEST The 5th "Belt and Road" International Big Data Competition and the 9th Baidu & Xi'an Jiaotong Big Data Competition, jointly organized by UNESCO International Knowledge Center for Engineering Science and Technology (IKCEST), China Engineering Science and Technology Knowledge Center (CKCEST), Baidu and Xi'an Co-hosted by Jiaotong University, it aims to look at the countries along the "Belt and Road" initiative, tap global top talents in big data and artificial intelligence through competitions, and realize the goal of government-industry-university joint efforts to promote the research, application, and development of the big data industry. The competition has been held for 9 consecutive years, covering 21 countries on five continents, nearly 600 colleges and universities, and a total of 16,000 teams participated!

This year, the contest topic poses a higher challenge to the contestants: "Verification of multi-modal false media content in social networks", using AI technology to crack down on fake rumors, focusing on multi-modal, NLP, CV, information retrieval and other technologies, encouraging contestants to use Big models solve puzzles.
