2016 Shanghai BOT Big Data Application Competition

"2016 Shanghai BOT Big Data Application Competition" is the first professional artificial intelligence competition in China. The competition period is 4 months and is divided into preliminary rounds, semi-finals and finals. Registration officially started on July 19, and the preliminary round is expected to start in September. It brings together many well-known domestic and foreign universities, institutions, enterprises and media resources, focusing on the popular topics of "AI Chatbot Business Application" and "Computer Vision Recognition". The competition has generous cash rewards, a cash prize pool of 800,000 yuan, a maximum bonus of 200,000 yuan, a venture capital prize pool of 50 million yuan, and various preferential policies for employment and entrepreneurship.
Computer vision will feature 12 animal-like species, with various unexpected graphic variants. But the competition is not only about identifying objects, but also focusing on more generalized reasoning and understanding through learning features. More than 250,000 pictures were marked in the preliminary round, and it was a brand-new picture set that was different from the classic atlas.
The focus of the rematch is to explore new application scenarios. In the semi-final "double-question system", players can choose freely, and this stage also uses two brand-new picture sets with commercial value.
The first question of the semi-finals is to use the 50,000 marked pictures of the driving recorder to judge the driving scene, and the analysis proposition is close to Mobileye. It is hoped that this will enable participants to make breakthroughs in the application of ADAS (advanced driver assistance systems).
Question 2 of the semi-finals: Automatically calculate the share of each category of goods on the shelves of the mall through photos. The purpose of this competition is to reduce operating costs in the retail industry and promote changes in retail marketing decisions. The only way for you to get the picture collection is to sign up for the competition.
Commercial applications of intelligent chatbots, focusing on specific fields or scenarios, combined with industrial data, intelligent chatbots with commercial application potential have a greater chance of winning. Mining innovative human-computer interaction models and innovative business models are the focus of this competition.
The competition initiated the PK link of intelligent chatbots, challenging to avoid excessive packaging and focusing on interactive experience. Therefore, the chatbot PK competition does not require the robot to be able to answer all questions. This is a great test for the author's skills and whether he can do sand table deductions against the opponent's attack method.
