无状态: It refers to the status information of the asynchronous data transmission between the two parties of IP communication, so the sending, transmission and reception of all IP datagrams are independent of each other and have no context; stateless

无连接: It means that both sides of the IP communication do not maintain any information of the other party for a long time. In this way, each time the upper-layer protocol sends data, it must clearly specify the IP address of the other party.
