Smart park refers to the integration of new generation information and communication technology, with fast information collection, high-speed information transmission, highly centralized computing, intelligent transaction processing and ubiquitous service provision capabilities, to realize timely, interactive and integrated information perception, transmission and communication in the park. Processing is an advanced park development concept aimed at improving the industrial agglomeration capacity of the park, the economic competitiveness of enterprises, and the sustainable development of the park. The use of the Internet of Things is the driving force for maintaining the smart park.

The overall system architecture of the IoT-aware facility platform is divided into scene device layer, network layer, platform layer, business layer and application layer from bottom to top.

Device layer

IoT sensing devices are the sensing tentacles of the IoT sensing facility platform, as well as the basic information source of the IoT sensing facility platform, which can collect various types of data such as video, audio, pressure and temperature during park operation.

Network layer

Traditional equipment: conduct grid management according to units such as communities, buildings, and parks. The equipment in each grid unit uploads data to the access gateway, and uses the metropolitan area network and the Internet to report the data to the IoT-aware facility platform .

platform layer

The Internet of Things perception facility platform is the core of the construction of the IoT perception system. In the park environment, it should at least include three major components: a video processing platform, a management platform, and a data analysis and processing platform. This layer constitutes the "brain" of the IoT-aware facility platform. It is mainly able to connect and control the device layer, provide intelligent analysis and data processing capabilities, and solidify the core applications for scenarios into functional modules.

Business Layer

According to the management, operation and maintenance and service requirements of the park, combined with the vision planning of the park, refine the park operation and maintenance management and service business attribution, mainly including facility status monitoring management, facility operation and maintenance management, facility inspection management, energy management system, facility asset management , work order management, and service performance management, etc., to support specific functional applications based on the classification and combination of park operation needs.

application layer

According to the needs analysis of the two main users (B\C end) in the park on the perception experience of the Internet of Things, the application function is mainly positioned on the management operation and maintenance end and the user service end, and is built around the park portrait, building portrait and enterprise portrait, for It exists by optimizing "management" + "service".

Management dimension application functions include but are not limited to: equipment asset query, equipment inspection, equipment maintenance, equipment operation monitoring, plan tracking, energy management and other management and maintenance content related to IoT sensing equipment.

Service dimension application functions include but are not limited to: work order services, parking services, visitor management, energy bills, venue leasing, and other services related to IoT sensing devices.

The Internet of Things provides people with a variety of safe, controllable and even personalized real-time management and service functions, and realizes the integration of "management, control, and operation" of "everything" with "high efficiency, energy saving, safety, and environmental protection".
