After downloading Vue.js in IDEA and restarting it disappears

I wanted to use Vue.js to use vue in IDEA, but after downloading and restarting IDEA many times, the plugin disappeared automatically, so I was puzzled and found it through my own exploration.

First download Vue.js first.

Then open File | Settings | Languages ​​& Frameworks.

Choose JavaScript | Code Quality Tools | ESLint.

Choose the second option, and you're good to go.
