In response to the telecom group's overall strategy of "Digital in the East and Computation in the West", the China Telecom Research Institute has joined forces with Impulse Online and Haiguang Information to build operator-oriented data fusion and AI openness, creating a "digital chain network" product.

"Digital Chain Network" uses Telecom's ct-chain blockchain as the infrastructure, integrates Haiguang's CSV, Impulse Online's TEE OS and other technologies, and realizes a national production-oriented data fusion and AI open platform. At present, the "Shuxinlianwang" product has been deployed in Beijing Telecom. With the Beijing Telecom Intelligent Computing Center as the infrastructure, combined with the Beijing Telecom Intelligent Computing Center's advanced computing power and algorithm accumulation, an AI open application based on privacy computing has been launched. platform. Helped Beijing Telecom realize the open operation of data assets and AI capabilities, empowered Beijing Telecom's government and enterprise customers to carry out intelligent transformation, carried tens of thousands of internal and external data transaction circulation and AI modeling, and the total amount of data in operation exceeded one hundred billion level.

In terms of efficiency improvement and driving business revenue growth, the project has greatly improved the resource utilization rate of the intelligent computing center by more than 40%; it has improved the modeling training efficiency of telecom government and enterprise customers, and the modeling time has been shortened by more than 60% on average. It has expanded the business income of Beijing Telecom, and it is expected to generate tens of millions of revenue per year through data operation and AI opening.
