Two-way synchronization of bookmarks between Edge browser & Google Chrome and Safari under windows

I just bought an iPad recently, and after installing the edge browser on it, I realized the problem of synchronization of favorites and browsing records, but the Safari browser is also easy to use, so I want to experience the collaboration between different systems

1 Download the iCloud app and log in with your Apple ID

Set up and use iCloud for Windows

2 Modify the import registry

1 Create a new TXT file and fill in the following content:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\chrome.exe]

@="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft\\Edge\\Application\\msedge.exe"

"Path"="C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft\\Edge\\Application\\"

2 Modify the txt file name to .reg format, double-click to import the registry

3 Open the desktop iCloud application, check Bookmarks -> Chrome

You can see that Chrome can be selected, but Chrome is not installed on my computer. If this step is not performed, the Chrome option will not be selected, and it will display "not installed"

Of course, if you are already Chrome, just ignore this step

3 Install the "iCloud Bookmarks" plugin in the Edge browser

I can’t find it in the browser plug-in that comes with edge, so I can only use the Chrome extension store. You need to use the

Google extension store. Click to enter.
References that cannot be accessed by Google:
[(icloud-bookmark extension.crx) link: https://pan .baidu.com/s/1H313GeD6AKZRvkRDX8Jpew Extraction code: yu2m]

Then click "..." in the upper right corner of edge to open "Extensions", click "Manage Extensions", then open "Developer Mode" in the lower left corner, and drag the downloaded "icloud-bookmark extension.crx" to the current extension interface , the plugin is installed. (If you want to synchronize chrome bookmarks, extend this plugin into chrome)

4 Turn on the bookmark sync option in the iCloud app

Remember to click "Apply"!

Click the icloud plug-in in the upper right corner, and it will show that we can download the Windows version of icloud (not "synced" in the picture below), but in fact we have already downloaded it

At this time, restart the computer and the synchronization will be completed automatically.

You're done!
