When doing PPT today, I need a circular screenshot. Daily screenshots are square. Can you crop the screenshot into a circle? I looked it up on the Internet and found that it really does exist.
Production tool: PPT
Production steps:
1. Prepare pictures
Insert screenshots or pictures into PPT
2. Insert a circular shape in ppt
Press the shift key, drag the shape point, you can draw a standard circle, adjust the position and size of the circle, make the circle coincide with the picture
3. Graphics Merging and Cutting
- To select pictures and shapes,
first click and hold the picture with the left mouse button, then press the Ctrl key (do not release it) and click the circle border, ,注意一定要点圆形的边框
do not click inside the circle, otherwise the picture cannot be selected. If it is not selected, it may be because you did not click and hold the border, try a few more times.
After selecting the picture and the circle at the same time, there will be an additional tab [Shape Format] on the upper tab, as shown in the green box in the figure below.
- Merge graphics
Click [Shape Format], as shown in the figure below, click [Merge Shapes], there are five combination methods, you can see the effect by yourself, here we choose [Intersect], the result is shown on the right side of the figure below, has been cropped It is a circular picture
Now the required picture has been made.

Through the above method, we can use the shapes in the ppt to make screenshots of various shapes, isn't it very convenient?
Example: The image below is a picture of a star merged with the help of a star shape
