• FusionManager: The optional component is the server virtualization management component, which mainly monitors and manages cloud computing software and hardware comprehensively, and realizes homogeneous resources (from the same vendor, such as FC) and heterogeneous VMware (management component vcenter) Virtualized multiple resource pool management. Unified alarm monitoring of software and hardware, and provides a management interface for internal operation and maintenance managers.
• ebackup: The optional component is the virtualization backup software, which cooperates with the fusioncompute snapshot function and CBT backup function to implement the FusionSphere virtual machine data backup solution. The best unit for backup is a virtual machine, and other resource models such as hosts, clusters, and virtualization environments can also be backed up. Backup is for data, and if business interruption or human error occurs, it can ensure that the disk data will not be lost.
• eDSK: The top layer is eDSK, which is the virtualization northbound unified API interface in our FusionSphere server virtualization solution. Other third-party systems or other operating platforms (FC, VMware, etc.) can easily complete seamless connection through eDSK. A unified resource model is formed on the upper layer. When the upper layer uses the resource model, it does not need to know what virtualization resources are used underneath. eDSK opens up all capabilities of FusionSphere server virtualization, including virtual machine lifecycle management, advanced virtualization functions, and O&M management functions
