3. After pausing and pressing reset, the process step program will not be executed
Problem: When Pause is pressed, the program stops at step 99 and waits for the next operation. Then press and hold reset for 3s, the program jumps to step 60 to execute the reset action, but the actual effect is that the delay of step 60 is not executed, and it quickly jumps to step 70.
Analysis: Since there is only one timer in the whole program, when the program pauses at step 99, press and hold to reset, when the time is up, the timer.Q has a signal, and the program skips within one scan cycle. But the reset button is too late to FALSE, causing the IN pin of the timer to be too late to FALSE, and the timer.Q signal will continue to be maintained. In this way, when the 60th step is reached, the judgment statement will be directly executed, and then jump to the 70th step. Subsequent programs are executed normally.
Solution: ①The reporter turns off the timer IN signal at step 99. ② It can be avoided by using different timers.
