 Laptops and desktops get computer signal

1. Type cmd into the Windows search bar in the lower left corner of the screen  and select Command Prompt from the list of results .
2. In the Command Prompt window, type  wmic bios get serialnumber and press Enter.
3. The service tag (serial number) will appear as shown in the image below.
